I am a successful Educational Psychologist having gained a first class honours degree in Psychology at the University of the West of England and a doctorate at Bristol University. Alongside this I have trained with the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy in London to become a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist. Working as a hypnotherapist enables me to combine my psychological and hypnotherapy skills to help adults overcome issues and challenges.
Helping people to address anxiety and stress in their lives and to become more confident and assertive both professionally and personally is a passion of mine. I enjoy teaching people how to use the power of imagery, visualisation and imagination to achieve lasting change.
As a hypnotherapist I can help with a wide range of issues, and specialise in helping people to address stress, anxiety, and a lack of social confidence.
I am registered with the General Hypnotherapy Council and adhere to their code of conduct. Through my work as an Educational Psychologist, I am also registered with the HCPC, am a member of the British Psychological Society and have an enhanced DBS.
I am committed to continual professional development to ensure that I offer up to date and evidence based practice to all my clients.
